Tory Lanez kicked off the year by launching two mixtapes, Chixtape 4 and The New Toronto 2. The latter didn’t have much success due to the massive amount of attention that Chixtape 4 received. The Toronto singer decided to do the tape some justice and dish out an official video for “Bal Harbour” with A$AP Ferg.
