Young Thug is stepping into a new chapter with the announcement of his first tour since his release from jail. The Atlanta rapper revealed during a live chat with Adin Ross that he is preparing to hit the road in 2026 to promote his latest album, UY Scuti.
Quavo has already been confirmed as part of the tour lineup. The Migos rapper is featured on the project through the track “Spider Or Jeffery,” and Thug made it clear that he will be joining him on stage. “I’m going on tour to begin the next year. I’m gonna take a few people,” Thug told Ross. “Quavo, that’s one person that’s going on it.” He added that additional names would be revealed later.
The new album features an extensive roster of collaborators including Cardi B, Travis Scott, Future, Sexyy Red, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, T.I., Mariah the Scientist, Ken Carson, YFN Lucci, Lil Gotit, and 1300Saint. One name missing is Drake, though Thug addressed his absence while speaking on the Its Up There podcast. “Don’t believe the hype,” he said. “They say I pulled the album back because I ain’t get the features. Who y’all thought wasn’t gonna be on the album? They’re on the album. I couldn’t get the Drake feature because he’s on tour. He running around doing a lot of sht. We gonna make up for them not hearing us collab on this album. That’s some sht in store for sure.”
Despite reuniting with so many peers on UY Scuti, one relationship remains fractured. During his appearance with Adin Ross, Thug was asked about Gunna and made it clear reconciliation is not in sight. “I don’t know. As of right now, I don’t think that can happen. It’s monotonous. Like why?” Their issues stem from Gunna’s 2022 plea deal in the YSL RICO case.
