Rod Wave has found himself at the center of fresh drama after his alleged child’s mother, Zaria, took to social media with some harsh words. Earlier this year, Zaria went online claiming that she and the rapper share a child together. Though he never mentioned her directly, Rod made it clear soon after that he only has two daughters. That post seemed to be his quiet way of shutting down the rumors.
Months later, Zaria resurfaced with a string of emotional posts criticizing men who don’t take responsibility for their kids. “Ion respect no n**a who ain’t man enough to step up n take care of they seed,” she wrote in a message captured by The Shade Room Teens. “Mfs only be real for an image out here, god put to many fck n***s on this earth. Yu fn’s ain’t living right n never gone prosper abandoning your own Flesh and blood I can’t n will never respect h!e sht. Anybody who indulging in dead beat behavior sick right along with them. Mfs be throwed asf out here [sic].”
Zaria followed up with another message that seemed to point directly at Rod. “I been quiet for too long. My baby innocent n don’t deserve what her h*e a** daddy doing to her. You gone regret abandoning your daughter I PROMISE U. I hope God take everything away n humble u,” she added.
Fans believe Zaria’s rant was sparked by a tweet from Rod’s ex, Dee, who posted about how grateful she was for the love her children receive from both sides of their family. “I’m so glad my kids’ side of the family loves them unconditionally,” Dee said. “Them babies so loved 😩❤️ Having your mom’s side and your dad’s side of the family just chef’s kiss.”
After that, things got messy between Zaria and Dee. The two women reportedly argued online after Dee accused one of Zaria’s friends of talking negatively about her and her children. Zaria denied the accusation, and the back-and-forth continued. Rod Wave has yet to publicly respond to any of it.
