Shocking audio of Cassie threatening a man over a sex tape tied to Sean “Diddy” Combs has come to light in court proceedings. The recording features the singer in a heated confrontation with a man named Sugit, who allegedly admitted to seeing one of Diddy’s explicit “freak off” videos. Cassie can be heard furiously demanding to see the footage and issuing graphic threats.
“It’s my fucking life and I’ll kill you. If you don’t show me right now I will kill you, and I will hide you and I will cut you up and put you in the fucking dirt,” she says in the clip. She continues, “I’ve never killed anybody in my life, but I will kill you. It’s not going to be blood on my hands. Someone else is going to do it.”
The recording, which Cassie herself captured, was originally played during her testimony and is only now being publicly released. While under cross-examination, Cassie acknowledged the encounter and confirmed she was the one who documented it.
This development comes after jurors were shown brief segments of three graphic tapes earlier in the week. Each video was over 10 minutes long, with the court playing about 30 seconds from each while jurors listened through headphones. Witnesses said sexual sounds were audible, and one juror reportedly laughed during the playback.
Additionally, a juror was removed from the trial over issues with their reported residency. Diddy’s legal team argued the dismissal was racially motivated and pushed for a mistrial, but the judge denied the motion.
Diddy has also been reprimanded in court. Judge Arun Subramanian warned his legal counsel after catching the music mogul gesturing and nodding toward the jury. The judge made it clear: such behavior would not be tolerated moving forward.
