It’s always good to see New York artists joining forces on a track.
Netflix, Mass Appeal, and RadhaMUSprime got NY rap veterans, Remy Ma, Ghostface Killah, Styles P, Nas, and his protégée, Dave East on a tracked called “The Mecca.” The song appears on the Netflix film, The Forty-Year-Old Version.
It was written, directed, and produced by Radha Black, a.k.a. RadhaMUSprime, who also stars in the movie. The film is about Radha who plays a NY playwright and uses hip hop and theater to combat her period of bad luck. The song is gritty, filled with dope bars, and brings you back to classic rap.
