The wait is officially over! Cardi B is back.
The former reality star wants her fans (and haters) to know that her sophomore album is finally ready. And this time around, Cardi B says she won’t let her anxiety slow her down, according to a recent post on her Instagram Story.
“I’ve got no choice because I’m dropping my album this year, so stay tuned for the announcement,” she said in the clip. The video also catches the rapper scrolling over hundreds songs she worked on over the past few years.
It’ll be interesting to see what makes the cut. This would be Cardi’s first project since 2018’s Invasion of Privacy. In other news, the Bronx rapper recently dropped off a new freestyle, entitled “Like What,” which features a sample from Missy Elliott‘s “She’s A B*th.”
