New York City is helping residents know if they have the Coronavirus!
Reported on Pix 11, NYC will provide pop up COVID-19 sites throughout the boroughs. For the first time, people will get their results in 15 minutes!
Right now, several sites are open in the Bronx with more set to open next week. Although NY is seeing numbers go down, the Bronx still has the highest death rates and hospitalizations in the city.
The test is free and city officials want to test at least 2,500 people across Tremont in the next two weeks! $10 million is also being given to community organizations to help with outreach and testing the article reports.
