Ashanti might be putting one hell of a show, but she still wants to be treated like a woman.
The singer was performing a lap dance on stage for one lucky fan during a recent concert in Honolulu. That’s when some fans decided to make it rain and throw some money while she performed her moves. She then stopped the show to point out the fan and make her point clear.
“I’m gonna need you to stop throwing that money,” Ashanti can be heard saying to a fan in the crowd after calling for the music to stop. “I’m not a f*****’ stripper, okay?”
According to TMZ, the people throwing the money were employees of a strip club called Ballarrinas who stopped in for a little extra fun.
