In what has already been a heavy week in music, Beyoncé decided to make her return early Saturday morning with a brand new single called “Black Parade.”
On Friday evening (June 19), Beyoncé celebrated Juneteenth with a directory to support small businesses she called “Black Parade.”
This is the singer’s first release since July 19, 2019 with the release of The Lion King: The Gift, which was inspired by the remake of the Lion King in which she played Nala.
Last time we heard Beyoncé was earlier this year when she decided to join Megan Thee Stallion for the remix of “Savage.”
Her previous recent projects include an album version of her famous 2018 Coachella performance titled Homecoming: The Live Album. Before that she released Everything is Love with Jay-Z in 2018. Her most recent solo album came in 2016 when she dropped Lemonade along with an HBO special.
