Stefon Diggs has reportedly been confirmed as the father of a seven-month-old baby girl named Charliee Harper Diggs Lopera. The confirmation came after a paternity test was completed and verified by the mother’s legal team. Aileen Lopera, a model who also goes by Lord Gisselle on social media, welcomed the child earlier this year. Her attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, confirmed the results in a statement saying, “We can confirm that Mr. Diggs is the father. And, we are hopeful he that he will meaningfully contribute to the child’s life and coparent with our client who has had to do everything on her own thus far.”
Lopera first filed legal documents in December 2024 while she was still pregnant, requesting the court to determine a parental relationship with Diggs. The filing stated that she was carrying the NFL player’s unborn child and asked for both legal and physical custody, while still granting him visitation rights. At the time, Diggs challenged the claim and asked for genetic testing to confirm whether he was the father. In those same court documents, he noted that if the test proved he was the biological parent, he wanted joint legal and physical custody as well as shared responsibility for pregnancy, birth, and legal expenses.
Court records show Lopera gave her daughter Diggs’ last name, naming her Charliee Harper Diggs Lopera. The matter of custody and co-parenting is still being worked out privately between both parties.
The news comes as Diggs prepares to welcome another child with his current partner, Cardi B. The rapper revealed in an interview earlier this fall that she is pregnant with her fourth child, her first with Diggs. “I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi said. “I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
