Cassie Ventura has spoken out through her attorney following Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sentencing to more than four years in federal prison on prostitution-related charges. Her lawyer, Doug Wigdor, released a statement reflecting on the outcome, saying, “While nothing can undo the trauma caused by Combs, the sentence imposed today recognizes the impact of the serious offenses he committed.” He added that Cassie’s strength continues to inspire others, noting, “We are confident that with the support of her family and friends, Ms. Ventura will continue healing knowing that her bravery and fortitude have been an inspiration to so many.”

Before the sentencing took place, Cassie wrote a deeply personal letter to the court describing her relationship with Combs as “the most traumatic and horrifying chapter” of her life. In her message, she urged the judge to understand the pain she and other victims experienced, emphasizing how lasting the effects have been.

Cassie’s husband, Alex Fine, also appeared to show his support online. On Instagram, he reposted a message titled “Letter to women and children” from earlier this year. The post stated that men who hit women are not truly men and included a note directed toward both survivors and abusers. He ended the post with the letters “CVF” followed by a red heart, a touching nod to Cassie Ventura Fine.

Judge’s ruling concluded that Combs will spend just over four years in a federal prison. The outcome marked a moment of justice that many saw as long overdue. For Cassie, it was another step toward healing, surrounded by loved ones who have stood by her through one of the most difficult times in her life.
