Britney Spears sends a heartfelt message to Janet Jackson following her feud with Justin Timberlake.
Spears took to Instagram to share a picture of Jackson’s 1993 album cover writing, “thank you to this beautiful lady for keeping my dreams and heart alive,” she wrote in the since-deleted post. “She’s always been the deepest and brightest woman at the same time. She went through so much but I feel she is someone I will look up to for the rest of my life.”
“Thank you for your music and your divine way of untangling intelligence to a far more clear view than anyone could ever imagine” the post continued.
We previously reported that the pop star shared in her memoir, “The Woman in Me,” that she had an abortion after she got pregnant with Justin Timberlake’s baby. “It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” She wrote of the pregnancy in the book. “But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”
“If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father,” Spears continued. “To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”
